As the international fair strategically targeting the F&B market in Southern China, Anuga Select China 2025 is co-organised by Koelnmesse (Beijing) Co., Ltd., China Chamber of Commerce of I/E of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-products (CFNA) and the Shenzhen Retail Business Association and powered by the world's leading trade fair Anuga in Cologne, Germany. SIGEP China 2025 is co-organised by IEG China Co., Ltd. and Koelnmesse Co., Ltd., carrying forward the legacy of Europe’s leading dessert, bakery and coffee industry event, SIGEP-The World Expo for Foodservice Excellence. It is the first international exhibition dedicated to the production of gelato, bakery and coffee strategically located in Southern China.

Anuga Select China 2025 spotlights specialities of over 40 companies from 20 countries represented by International Pavilions from Germany, Turkey, and Iran. New for 2025, Anuga FoodTec Showcase debuts as a dedicated zone for food packaging, technology, and services, powered by Anuga FoodTec in Cologne, Germany. SIGEP China aims to foster dialogue between East and West, creating a bridge between Western know-how in gelato, coffee and pizza, and the millennia-old culinary culture of China and Asia. This year, SIGEP China features the Italian Pavilion, True Neapolitan Pizza Association delegation, the Malaysia delegation, the Uganda Coffee Zone, and a showcase of domestic tea brands, achieving significant breakthroughs in scale, quality, variety, and international representation.
