The Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) continued its mission of promoting True Neapolitan Pizza around the world—this time landing in China for an extraordinary event: Sigep China in Shenzhen, scheduled from April 24 to 26.
After the great success of its collaboration with Sigep World in Rimini, AVPN was ready to bring back the Pizza Club format, with its official booth at the heart of the event to share, teach, and let people experience the true essence of Neapolitan pizza.
For three days, AVPN took center stage with an area completely devoted to the Neapolitan pizza-making tradition, where pizza lovers and industry professionals were able to:

Attend masterclasses and live show-cooking sessions with expert pizzaioli
Taste True Neapolitan Pizza, prepared according to AVPN's official guidelines
